Sherry will create, and continually refine a series of poses and meditations just for you. You can let Sherry know what you need on any given day and she will respond with skill and compassion.
With Sherry’s attention focused completely on you, you will advance quickly and safely. She provides hands-on adjustments, verbal feedback and focused support to guide your progress toward greater health and peace.
You can choose to have Sherry teach you in the comfort of your own home or you can meet with her at her private studio. Choose times that work with your personal schedule.
